    The old gentleman who works here is a rude, arrogant prick who has no desire to actually help any customers but rather make the experience as difficult as possible, an awful representation of what auspost should aspire to be

    The old mad here is ridiculously rude. When I first went here a couple of years ago I thought he was just having a bad day, however, every time I have gone there and been served by him he is short, easily frustrated and impolite. But don't get me wrong, one of the ladies that work there is lovely to be served by.

    Went in to collect a registered parcel and expecting to see the grumpy guy but there are new owners there now and they were a lot more customer focussed. Half the shop was being redisplayed so it looked slightly messy but I believe the service will improve significantly with more enthusiastic operators.
